How it Works
- Pick an Event: Click on the event you would like to watch.
- Choose a Viewing Option: Make a selection of watching On-Demand, DVD Video, or both.
- Complete Purchase: Create an account (one-time) and then complete the purchase of the viewing option you selected.
- Enjoy the Event: Watch the video On-Demand on this website or using your DVD player at home.
There are no refunds once your credit card is charged. If you don’t see your question answered here, please contact Customer Support.

What do I get with my purchase?
On-Demand Video: You will gain access to stream the on-demand video you purchase. You may login as often as you like to watch the video as many times as you like. There is no download option for saving the video to your computer.
DVD Video: You will be shipped a DVD copy of the video you purchase.
On-Demand + DVD Combo: You will gain access to stream the on-demand video and will be shipped a DVD copy of the video you purchase.
What if I want to buy the DVD after purchasing the on-demand video?
There is an option to buy an additional DVD directly below the on-demand video you originally purchased.
How long will it take to ship my DVD after purchasing?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed. Shipping usually takes up to 7 business days (if within the contiguous US).
How am I billed for my purchase?
Your credit card will be charged when making your purchase. You will be able to see your charge/invoice in your Account area on this website. A downloadable PDF of your invoice will be available in your Account area under “Purchase History”. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.
Is this a recurring membership or a one-time purchase?
This is only a one-time purchase for all product types. You will not be billed again.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time purchase. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.
May I share/distribute/display my DVD or on-demand access to others?
No. Your DVD and on-demand access to our videos are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products obtained from this website without our prior written consent.
I can’t remember my password, what do I do?
Go to the Login Page and click on “Forgot Password”. You will then enter your account username or email address, and an email will be sent you that will have a link that will allow you to reset your current password. ATTENTION: Be sure to use a strong password because some personal information is stored and can be seen from your Account area. If you have trouble resetting the password you can contact Customer Support.
